College students spend summer learning from people with disabilities

 

Making friends is a big part of what the Journey of Hope is all about.

While their college classmates are doing internships or working, some members of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity are biking 3,700 miles cross country.

Those on the crew say it gets them away from their campuses to see how people with disabilities live.
