As the Events Coordinator, Adam oversees the organization’s grant process and is responsible for coordinating logistics for all Ability Camps and Build America. He cherishes the opportunity to work with the many amazing volunteers, brothers, and families across the country to create shared experiences where the abilities of all people are valued.
Adam enlisted in the United States Army as a Combat Medic in 2012. He later transferred to the Army Reserves, where he currently serves as a Drill Sergeant, in order to attend the University of North Georgia to study Middle Grades Education. During his time as a student, Adam initiated as a brother in the fall of 2015 and served as his chapter’s philanthropy chairman as well as serving two terms as the chapter’s warden. He was inducted with the Ad Astra Society’s 2018 class in his final year of school. Adam is a Pi Alpha, having cycled the 2017 North Route of Journey of Hope and leading the 2019 TransAmerica Route of Journey of Hope as the Project Manager.
In his spare time Adam can be found rock climbing, white water kayaking, or firing a few rounds at his local gun range. He enjoys chasing adventure with his fiancée Lauren and their dog Cooper.
