Regional Director of Chapter Services
James Maloney is a member of the Beta Eta chapter at Florida State University. During his time in Tallahassee, he was able to witness Gear Up Florida arrival each summer and developed a passion for Th Ability Experience. James went on to work for the National Fraternity after school, focusing primarily on new chapters and expansion efforts. After departing staff, James went to work in an administrative role for Civitan Foundation, a non-profit serving individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the state of Arizona, before coming to The Ability Experience.
Since joining Pi Kappa Phi, James has stayed engaged with The Ability Experience by taking part in many events offered over the years including Summit Vision, The Marine Corps Marathon, Las Vegas Half Marathon, and being the Project Manager for the South Route of Journey of Hope.
James lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his girlfriend and Goldendoodle. In his free time, James enjoy hiking, biking, and skiing and keeping up to date on all his favorite sports team, especially the Orlando Magic, as difficult as that is at times.
James looks forward to supporting chapters and team members in having the best experiences they can while learning about the abilities of all people throughout the process.
