Day 38 was a great day! Wake up was at 5:00 am to get ready for our 55 mile ride. The team was on the road and off by 6:00 am. We staged up at the lake and had a arrival down to a huge event being hosted by Life on the Mississippi. This event allowed people the opportunity to try Kayaking in the reservoir in a safe and supported environment. For many of the participants this was their first time being on the water and it was amazing to see how much fun they were having

Later that night we headed over to Mustard Seeds, Inc. for dinner provided by the Theta Alpha chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at Southern Mississippi. During dinner we got to play games and hang out with the participants at Mustard Seeds, Inc. it was a blast! Mustard Seeds has both a day program and residential opportunities for participants. The coolest thing about our time their was touring the arm room. Participants are able to paint plaster pieces as well as paintings to be sold on site and at the Christmas festival!
Over all our time in Brandon was amazing, we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings
