Hi everyone,
Today the team rode 105 miles from Meridian to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After a sponsored breakfast at McDonald’s, the team received possibly the coolest police escort out of town thus far by the Meridian Police Department. Shortly after that, the team crossed the state line into Alabama, where lots of pictures and fun times were had by all. Then, the team rolled into Tuscaloosa, where we stayed at the University of Alabama and had trouble going up the elevator due to it being key card access only. Dinner was sponsored at the Omicron chapter house, which was humongous, and then the team turned in early to get some sleep before 5 am wake up for tomorrow’s ride to Birmingham.
