Day 27: Wray Colorado, July 5th 2019

Today we rode 90 miles from Fort Morgan to Wray. We started the day with a great McDonalds breakfast thanks to a North 2011 Pi Alpha from TCU. A great alternative to our typical bagel and peanut butter breakfast. The ride was grey and windy for most of the way, but spirits rose when the sun and color of Colorado came back in the afternoon. The Rocky Mountains long gone, we now had a preview of the Midwest cattle and cornfields. We stayed at the Wray Rehabilitation and Activities Center. We were blessed to have spa access, so the team thoroughly enjoyed a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and shower to relieve the body and mind. A great dinner of home cooked lasagna and desserts closed out a great day, our last in the great state of Colorado. Now we are off to Nebraska!
