Day 33

Today we left St.Louis and head for Camp Little Giant. On the way there we stopped in Lebanon and got lunch with one of our teammate’s family in a church. I still remember seeing two big boxes and fried chicken, it was one of the most amazing meals on this trip. We also got to try one of Illinois own drinks called “Ski”. It was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. This meal was great because it was a nice stop on the way to camp. It made the thrip so much better, and the team a lot less hangry. I’m so glad that we have had such amazing sponsors this trip. They’ve all taken care of us so well.

After lunch we went straight to Camp Little Giant and arrived in the evening. Fortunately we were able to grab dinner with the campers and start connecting with them. It’s the 5th week already, and I hope that we can all enjoy and serve this camp well!
