Today the team woke up at 4:30AM to ride 105 miles from Lamar, CO to Garden City, KS. It was the start of the Tour de Kansas for the team and each pace line rode well through the humid, buggy, rolling hills of western Kansas. The team had an arrival and friendship visit at the Mosaic of Garden City where they enjoyed pizza, drinks, and a dance party. Later that evening the team departed for a very filling, sponsored dinner at Golden Corral by Pi Alpha Grant Elpers. Post meal, teammates enjoyed relaxing in the hotel hot tub or hitting the hay early and getting a great night sleep in a bed.
