Today was a tough day. I rode with Cam Peterson, Campbell Crockett and Jared Mehring. The day was a 105 mile day with 8500 feet of climbing. We had two climbs that were more than 2000 feet. The scenery was beautiful. I tried to take a lot of pictures. The second descent was some of the most fun I have ever had on a bike. The turns were near perfect for flying down the hill. I bombed it while everyone was a bit in front of me. Right at the end of the ride, I started to feel a little light headed and I think it was the first time I have really felt what bonking is like. Once I arrived at lodging we had a crew chief lunch and I felt much better.

The camp that we stayed at was an awesome lodging. They had a room full of VHS tapes. After a dinner of fried chicken and delicious fresh baked cookies, one group watched Remember The Titans while another group played monopoly.
