Another hot day riding 75 miles to Columbia Missouri. There were plenty of rolling hills, which was definitely the most climbing we have done on the bike since Colorado when we were in the Rocky Mountains. Lunch was provided by Andrew McCarthy, a Pi Kapp alumni and the tacos he made us were amazing. That evening we went out to eat at a restaurant which was a nice treat for the team. We stayed at the Kappa Delta Sorority house on the University of Missouri’s campus and got a great night of sleep in a real bed as opposed to our sleeping pads we usually use.
