Today was our longest ride yet of 112 miles. The ride wasn’t bad until the heat started to set in, then the ride got hard. This was out last ride in Texas, so Louisiana here we come. Dinner was sponsored by a service group called AMBUCS. We were eating good, as they fed us 5 pound steaks. For sure was the biggest steak a lot of us has had. I guess what they say is true, everything is bigger in texas.
