Day 12: Delta Utah, June 20th 2019

Today we finally crossed out of Nevada and arrived in Utah! The ride was nearly 100 miles but it was nice to be able to have some change in scenery. We passed by our first salt lake in Utah and it was quite a sight, and although it was a long ride it gave us time to get to know our pace-lines better and we had some solid conversations on the bike bringing us all closer together. Arriving in Delta Utah today was another nice change of pace, it’s been a while since we’ve been in a bigger town and although it was a lot of fun in the towns in Nevada it’s cool to see new places! We also had a sponsored dinner at a local restaurant called The Loft, where the generous people there made us a full pasta bar. A fantastic way to end off a long day, i’m sure no one will have any trouble falling asleep tonight!
