Today was a pretty sad day. We didn’t get to work because of the rain, and the materials for roofing aren’t all here yet.
However, the team did everything they can to not waste the day. Since no one knew how to do tin roofing, the crew chief appointed two site leads to do research on it. There were still cards that needed to be signed, laundry needed to be done, inventory for our tools, cleaning our vans, people that needed to fundraise. It’s amazing to see everyone doing what they need to do, catch up on things that were left out in the past few weeks.
