Today we had a fantastic ride from Pullman to Spokane. The weather was ideal and it was great to be on the bikes moving ever closer to Washington D.C. The ride consisted of around 80 miles with 2,500 feet of climbing, but our legs have become acclimated to climbing much more so it was a fairly smooth ride for everyone. At one of the crew stops, we decided to have an impromptu dance party which kept spirits high and really captured the positive energy that the team collectively has. It is very rare to not hear guys laughing or telling funny stories and today was no different. Dinner consisted of some delicious pizza that was so graciously sponsored by The ARC of Spokane and definitely ended the day on a high note. The state of Washington has treated us all extremely well and it is crazy to think the next time we ride we will cross over into Idaho. Until next time, JKP (Just Keep Pedaling)!
