The Pi Kappa Phi hosted a Carnival for special needs students from Pike and surrounding counties Thursday at the Troy University Arena field area with more than 180 kids participating.
They hit up a place that has become their usual fun spot – the Hamilton Schools’ Bridgeport Elementary multiple disabilities class, which this particular Friday in December had its students decorating a Christmas tree.
He has been involved with the Special Olympics College (Affiliated with Special Olympics and Special Olympics Idaho) for his entire university experience and currently serve as its Vice President.
Nine brothers of the Zeta Alpha Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi (Clemson) led by Brother Mayank Patel (ZA 651) have been involved with an initiative to explore the potential of bamboo as a steel rebar alternative.
