Journey of Hope makes annual visit to Parker

They’re fraternity men on a mission, and their arrival each summer has become a tradition in Parker. They’re members of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, and they’re cycling across the nation as part of the 2019 Journey of Hope. Their goals are to raise funding for and awareness of people with disabilities, and to meet with disabled people in the towns and cities they pass through.

There are three groups traveling across the country. The group that visited Parker is the Southern team. They are cycling through the Southern tier of states during the hottest time of the year.
