Welcome to the Team Event Participant Center! We are so glad that you are here and now a part of The Ability Experience family. Gear Up Florida and Journey of Hope are journeys that will create memories and relationships that will last a lifetime. The purpose of this Participant Center is to provide team members and their family members with resources to help be safe and successful preparing for these events. We encourage all family members to communicate with your team member on a regular basis to see how they are progressing and how you can support them.

Requirements & Deadlines
All team members have reviewed and committed to meeting the fundraising and training requirements necessary to complete their event. All fundraising will be processed through their individual fundraising page which can be accessed using the respective link above. All educational and training requirements will live in each team member’s Neo account. Neo is an online learning management system (LMS) that will allow team members to learn about their trip, the organization, and some of the impact they will have this summer. There will also be various administrative items that will need to be submitted by each team member on this platform. A full list of assignments and timelines can be viewed for each event below…

Resources
We do not expect team members to do this alone as it is a team effort. This team includes the team member, family members, and our staff. We are dedicated to providing the best overall experience and support possible, but we can only do so much. Here is a list of additional resources available for team members to be safe and successful in their preparations.
